At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sparkling water experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unused SodaStream machine or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
