How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders at participating local retailers or through our online exchange program. Simply order a refill, and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return your empties.
What is the standard shipping time for new machines?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the model. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the machine, but our classic BPA-free plastic bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water to maintain their structural integrity.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the machine in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do I need electricity to run my SodaStream?
Most of our models, including the Terra and Art, are powered manually by the CO2 cylinder and do not require electricity. However, our electric models like the One Touch do require a power outlet.
